I am starting on this combo (using Curqfen as the Curcumin source). I think I will be around 5uM of Celecoxib and 1uM of free Curcumin serum concentration. My tumor was highly expressing COX-2. To be followed by a personal peptide vaccine and IL-2/low dose PD-1 and CTLA4. Fingers crossed...
