"We demonstrated that oxaliplatin elevated cellular ROS amounts and showed synergistic anticancer effects with PL (piperlongumine) in colorectal cancer cells. These anticancer effects were mediated by mitochondrial dysfunction and endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress apoptotic-associated networks.
