We have some pure Fenben. Does anyone have information on the Dosage and usage of pure Fenbendazole? Thank you
Hi- Pancure-C (which is what most people use) has 222mg per gram of powder. The original Tippen's protocol is 1g of the powder for 3 days out of the week. So you would measure 222mg out on a scale if what you have is pure fenben. Some people now dose higher than Joe's original protocol. When I saw him speak recently he said he dosed that way out of an abundance of caution since no one was using it at that time, but now does not see a concern with everyday use.

Hi, where did you buy it? Make sure its 100% Fenbendazole. Some people on Facebook analysed one from an online seller and it was 7% instead of 100%. Best is to use Panacur C in order to make sure you have Fenbendazole not just a powder sold to you as Fenbendazole.
Kind regards,
Daniel
A place in Lithuinia I think. That's about all the sell. The original question remains. We have some pure Fenben. Does anyone have information on the Dosage and usage of pure Fenbendazole? Thank you
Hi, I think that was the place with the problems.
Your question has a response from Shanti above, i.e. about 222mg/day pure Fenbendazole, 3 days ON, and 4 days OFF during the week.
Please see more details here: https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/fenbendazole/

I'm pretty sure most people here are for human usage but just in case someone is thinking about the dosage for your dog or cat, it's not the same as what is being talked about here. Fenbendazole is available in 222 mg/gram granules, 222 mg/gram suspensions and 100 mg/gram pastes, 25mg/ml liquids, 100mg/ml liquids. Dosage: 22.7mg/lb for puppies <6 months > 6 weeks. Dosage: 45.4mg/lb for Adults > 6 months. Dosage: 11.36mg/lb for pregnant bitches; do not give paste to pregnant or lactating dogs. Dosage of 22.7 mg/lb or 50mg/kg is recommended for 3 consecutive days and 45.4mg/lb for one time treatment.
Treats whipworms, tapeworm-taenia, lungworms, giardia, roundworms. It does not treat dipylidium-caninum, flea tapeworm.
What supplements should we take while on Fenbendazole regiment. Cancer we are dealing with is non cell lung cancer , and pancreatic cancer.

Was it not grams per bodyweight? How much should a male weighting 85 kgs take for example? Looking to treat prostate cancer with it?
Fenbendazole is usually used at the dose mentioned above. Here you can also find more discussion about Fenbendazole https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/fenbendazole/
Most of those using Fenbendazole are using at 222mg/day mainly due to practical reasons (given the way is packaged). If I wanted to adjust the dose as a function of weight, I would consider 222mg/day/70 kg (average body weight). However, adjusting a bit dose will not make as much difference as when we focus on increasing its bio-availability, by e.g. taking it with some fatty food or maybe milk with higher fat content.

Daniel

Thank you. Where can I find more cases where men successfully treated prostate cancer with this regimen? I only found a few cases online. Any info would be much appreciated.
Dear @lookingfortreatment
This website is mainly dedicated to sharing information regarding the science and implementation of new treatment options. There are some repots here and there on various treatment options, but visitors are coming here mainly to extract information. For some anecdotal reports please check the comment section of the post I wrote on Fenbendazole (link shared above) and the Facebook groups dedicated to Fenbendazole.
Regardless, I would never put aside other treatment options (conventional or new) to only use Fenbendazole. Instead, depending on the case, I would consider Fenbendazole as a possible "lottery ticket" next to other treatment options.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Dosage for a male with terminal cancer and 150 lbs. Where dl I get this info
@daniel I'm struggling on the dosage - the 222mg is for small dogs and the 444 is for one not much bigger- but big enough to merit jumping to 444. Okay so I weigh 230lbs and I understand take the med with something to increase its bioavailability and absorption but I'm really leaning towards 444mg dose - or maybe a little more- I dont know about that though. Then - big news - I was following the. Research of some chinese scientists on Fenben - they went hard at it then suddenly stopped. And applied for patent. Next thing 'Fenben Labs' in Lithuania and I am getting my medicine from there. I think they are squeaky clean and careful- they cancelled an order for me when I accidentally ordered too much and were quite professional. But I might try the dog company route now that I'm reading more about it. I just couldnt find anything so I turned to medical and found the Chinese guys and off I went. Thank you for doing this work here I love it. I have lung cancer gone to my liver and I'm trying to figure out this journey. Thanks again, Maggie

Dear Maggie, @maggie7811
Nobody knows what is the right dose. We however have as a reference what Joe and his followers used and anecdotally reported as effective (i.e. 222mg/day regardless of the dose), and on the other hand we have the doses of 200mg/day Mebendazole (similar drug) reported as effective in a few scientific case reports. This is a good starting point.
When it comes to Mebendazole, I would use about 500mg/day, and I would probably do the same for Fenbendazole. However, it seems that when combined with chemo, because they are microtubule inhibitors (good against cancer) Mebendazole and Fenbendazole can negatively impact the blood profile due to some effects on bone marrow.
Side effects go hand in hand with the anti-cancer effectiveness, while these depend on its bio-availability. Indeed, bio-availability is different from person to person. This bio-availability, as you may know, can be increased with e.g. taking the drug with fat (addressing one bio-availability related aspect) and Cimetidine (addressing another bio-availability related aspect).
If the patient already has challenges at the liver, I would probably not take Cimetidine at first because the absorption of Fenbendazole or Mbendazole will probably be already higher compared to people without liver challenges. Otherwise, we may end up with a little too much Fenbendazole in the blood, and related side effects.
Regarding the source, there are various sources available, but some may have zero or very little Fenbendazole inside. In order to select a good source, I would either go for a large pharma company or otherwise go for a source that presents the Certificate of Analysis and Purity performed at an internationally recognized analysis laboratory such as EuroFins. Anything else presented by the company (such as certificates with Chinese stamps or generated by unknown laboratories) is not acceptable, since this is a matter of life. This is how the website of a serious international analysis laboratory looks like https://www.eurofins.com/ or this https://www.agrolab.com/en/

@daniel hi Daniel,
I was hoping to find out whether
fenbendazole is safe to take during chemo? Does it impact bone marrow or is there any risk to intestinal infection?
I hope to hear back soon.
Alyssa
Dear @alyssa,
1. because fenbendazole can also inhibit glucose absorbtion by cancer cells and thus reduce fermentation, I would not take fenbendazole about 2-3 days before chemo. The reason for this is discussed here https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/shutting-down-the-power-house-of-cancer-a-strategy-to-fight-cancer/#comment-11700 Once chemo is started, in general, I would not expect any major negative interaction
2. because fenbendazole is a microtubule inhibitor, if it gets into the blood stream at a higher level it will not only have anti-cancer effects, but it can also impact the bone marrow
Kind regards,
Daniel
I'm trying to figure out dosage for my 5 year old great dane with osteosarcoma.
"Dosage of 22.7 mg/lb or 50mg/kg is recommended for 3 consecutive days and 45.4mg/lb for one time treatment."
She's 118 pounds so should she get 2.6 grams three days on four days off?
Hi @kazooper,
5th bullet point here may help https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/tips-on-treatments-a-list-to-be-constantly-updated/

which panacur C is best to use?
my dog took panacur C for a 10 lbs dog weight. She was 37 lbs and been taking it for 10 days along with Prednisone 10mg every 12 hours and Clavacillin 250 mg every 12 hrs with food. She was doing great and most of the lymphoma cancers went down. Once she ran out of Prednisone pills. They all came back and are huge. What would you do to beat the cancers?
where and who should we buy the pure Fenben? I’m looking for it but I don’t trust the company making them as profits.
thank you
Even though she was still taking the Panacur C and the clavacillin.
still hopeless😒😢
How long does it take for Fenbendazole to show visible effects?
@shanti 1/4 teaspoon of fenbendazole is about a gram. 1/4 teaspoon of 999 fenbendazole is about a gram. Cut the gram into 4 equal parts for each part to be approximately 250mgs. Fenbendazole is safe enough where you can take 500mgs which is approximately 1/8 a teaspoon.

Are you able to get also Parbendazole?
Thanks

Proof?
I have the Post Operative Pathology report from the Cleveland Clinic!!! No cancer found from ANY SITE!
@lawrencewcarlson HI Lawrence. That is great!
Could you please let us know:
- when the diagnosis was made and the tumor evolution since that point until today
- what were the conventional and alternative treatments taken during that time
- what was the dose and the source of Fenbendazole you used?
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Daniel
