Dear Ana,

I am so sorry to hear about these challenges and hope you will be better and better soon.

For HEMANGIOPERICYTOMAS, angiogenesis seems to be an import mechanism to target.

Here is a list of substances that are known to be relevant to target Angiogenesis:

Repurposed Drugs:

  1. Albendazole
  2. Mebendazole https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/the-over-the-counter-drug-mebendazole-acts-like-chemotherapy-but-with-virtually-no-side-effects/
  3. Thalidomide https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/thalidomide-once-alleviate-morning-sickness-in-pregnant-women/
  4. TM https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/tetrathiomolybdate-tm/
  5. Itraconazole https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/itraconazole/
  6. Propanolol https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/propranolol-hexokinase-2-inhibiton-a-similar-anticancer-mechanism-as-that-of-3-bromopyruvate-3bp/

Supplements:

Here is a list of various supplements known to be relevant against angiogenesis https://www.acam.org/blogpost/1092863/263266/Angioprevention-and-Cancer-Natural-Products-for-Optimal-Cancer-Control-and-Prevention

https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/treating-ascites-with-angiogenesis-inhibitors/

One of those outstanding is an extract from Convolvulus arvensis sold by e.g. Allergy Research https://www.allergyresearchgroup.com/vascustatin-formula-120-caps

Of the above, the easiest repurposed drug to implement is Mebendazole. I would start with 200mg/day and step by step move to higher dose such as 500mg/day. If possible, I will also find a way to obtain Albendazole and Thalidomide to have them at home just in case stronger angiogenesis inhibitors are required.

Regarding the supplements that you mention you are taking, here is the dose I would use per day:

  1. Berberine 3 x 450 mg/day (or one capsule/day only if Metformin is also used)
  2. Boswellia Extract 3 x 400 mg/day
  3. Curcumin C3 7g to 8g/day – this is high dose but one of the most important
  4. Milk thistle – 1 to 2 capsules per day to support the liver
  5. Omega 3 – 7 capsules/day of 700mg DHA/EPA
  6. Piperine should be taken with each capsule of Boswellia
  7. Quercetin – because you take a lot of capsules, I would not use it at this point
  8. Super Artemisinin - because you take a lot of capsules, I would not use it at this point
  9. Super Green Tea Extract – 5 to 6 capsules per day but I would take care because it can increase liver enzymes – so I would start with 1-2 capsules per day and move up step by step
  10. Liposomal Vitamin C Quercetin – because you take a lot of capsules, I would not use it at this point
  11. Scutellaria extract – 3 capsules per day
  12. Iodine – I have no opinion on this one
  13. Resveratrol – either high dose (in the range of grams/day) or better stop
  14. Super k elite – I have no opinion on this one
  15. Colostrum – less of a priority at this point, in my view
  16. vegetable cruciferous – less of a priority in this case
  17. Zinc – less of a priority in this case
  18. The mushrooms you are taking sound like a good combination

In conclusion here is what I would consider at this point:

  1. Mebendazole 500mg/day
  2. Metformin 1000 mg/day
  3. Atorvastatin 40 mg/day
  4. Celecoxib 200 mg/day
  5. Berberine 3 x 450 mg/day (or one capsule/day only if Metformin is also used)
  6. Boswellia Extract 3 x 400 mg/day
  7. Curcumin C3 7g to 8g/day – this is high dose but one of the most important
  8. Milk thistle – 1 to 2 capsules per day to support the liver
  9. Omega 3 – 7 capsules/day of 700mg DHA/EPA
  10. Piperine should be taken with each capsule of Boswellia
  11. Super Green Tea Extract – 5 to 6 capsules per day but I would take care because it can increase liver enzymes – so I would start with 1-2 capsules per day and move up step by step
  12. Scutellaria extract – 3 capsules per day
  13. The mushrooms you are taking sound like a good combination

I hope this helps. If there are questions please let me know.

Kind regards,
Daniel
