Great! All the way to the other side of the planet! 🙂 It depends on what you like to address, but I woudl prefer to answer such questions via e-mail so that this will not be seen by others as an advertisement or health claim. Can u please e-mail me about this? Thank you.

Sure @daniel

Btw I was checking on some of the potential benefits of Boswellia, and it seems to be such a great supplement, apparently, it is good for thyroid function and may help with weight loss, which is something I am interested. Over the last 6 years, the many hours of reading studies and articles on cancer haven't been good for my overall health, my weight has gone up 2kg a year on average!

@j Johan, this is now my most prefer food supplement out of all. For the other aspect you mentioned Citrus Bergamot (but the correct one) is very possible to help.

By correct one I mean, the fact that when we made the product, we tested multiple ingredients that were promising 40% polyphenols, and they only contained 4%. So, to be able to get the real ingredient with 40% polyphenols, we ended up buying the ingredient from the south of Italy, from a manufacturer well known in the field but with 4x higher price. Many on Amazon are using the 4% version, claiming (and believing) it's 40% - I can easily see that based on the price of the product.

That reminds be how bad are many products on Amazon - one was suggesting to have 450mg Sulforraphane in one capsule and was priced from 20 USD.

They suggested it contains:
- 150 mg sulforaphane
- 300 mg sulforaphane precursor

the first one you can find it at max 5% concentration and the price is very high per kg. using 5% concentration, to deliver 150mg you will need 3000mg powder in one capsule.
the precursor you will find it at 10% max 20% concentration very rarely - when using 20% concentration todeliver 300mg you would need another 1500mg powder.
so, a total of 4.5 g powder in a capsule woudl be required to deliver what they claim  - that is of course not possible to fit in one capsule, since a capsule can take usually max 750mg or 1g. That is clearly a scam.
not to speak about the price - the product woudl cost in the range of 500USD when fitting all that in, and not 20USD.

The entry barrier on Amazon is very low so its full of scam products. Now imagine the impact on life of people that hope to get some value out of that.

@j regarding the weight, it's so easy to manage that, in my experience:
- moderate exercise
- a strong diet for a month
- supported by a few supplements such as Citrus Bergamot

I thought I would be able to lose some weight easily but even after 3 months of zero alcohol and other dietary limitations such as less bread etc, my weight remains the same (105kg/185cm). Apparently, at my age, I'll be 54 in January, it's not that easy. I suspect a sluggish thyroid to be part of the problem. I'll start exercising more and try the citrus bergamot!

totally agree, Amazon is a great marketplace but it's full of marketers who just try to make money and will sell anything they can buy cheaply to make a quick buck.
