Following the concept of combining glycolisis (fermentation) and mithocondria inhibitors to kill cancer, such as it was previously demonstrated with the syrosingopine + metformin and Vitamin C + Doxycycline, https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/community/metabolic-inhibitors/combo-metformin-and-syrosingopine-looks-awesome/, now researchers in Germany demonstrate the effectiveness of combining Diclofenac and Metformin:
Combined Modulation of Tumor Metabolism by Metformin and Diclofenac in Glioma https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6163514/
Great contribution Daniel!
I am enjoying a few days of vacation on the coast and I am somewhat disconnected from the blog.
I will return with the batteries charged because there is much to do.
One of the problems of metformin is its poor bioavailability. I use advanced empty liposomes every day with which I hope to improve treatment absocion but on the other side I think that the metformin / diclofenac synergy can be very interesting.
I will update my treatment of gliosarcoma in the forum and this will be the most visible and organized.
Fortunately for now I will not make big changes because my mother is well. The problems disappeared when suspending DCA.
First i will reduce bit a bit dexamethasone to avoid interactions with other drugs and future options. Following additions I contemplate:
-lomustine (low dose) + verapamil + DHA doing a 3-day cycle every 6 weeks. (It is risky but it is a very powerful option that you should not waste. I will still wait ...)
-idebenone
-MTHNK (still in laboratory)
- diclofenac
Greetings to everyone!
Hi Manuel, great to here from you, and know that your mom is well after removing DCA!Have a great holiday!
Kind regards,
Daniel
Hola Manuel, here's a very interesting study that was just published today:
Researchers take aim at circadian clock in deadly brain cancer

Watch out for interactions:
https://www.ehealthme.com/drug-interaction/diclofenac-sodium/metformin/
Perhaps a regular alternation of this diclofenac+metformin combination with a antioxidant strategy which includes B12 to combat lactic acidosis would be a good idea.
Any thoughts on duration for alternation?
