First at all apologies in advance if im posting on the wrong place.
I was checking on Jess website about the treatment followed on pancreatic cancer. For the first treatment started with Folfirinox but does not see the doses used on every suplement. Jess said for first line used a keto diet with fasting 2 days before chemo. Doxycycline was used too and as long as I read on some cases, works fine with Vitamine C. Metformin was used too and investigating on websites I found works good in asian people. As my wife is asian, im interesting I this one. As well used Celocoxib, LDN, Curcumine and Beta Glutan.
Please can someone give me some light and hope and suggest which doses will be adecuated for improve the teraphy sucessfull???
As well in my city there are many integrative clinics who offer services like hyperbaric Chamber, ozonotherapy, and hyperthermia.

- what is the illness you are dealing with (pancreatic cancer of your wife?) - based on your previous comments I thought you are looking for treatments for diabetes
- what is the stage of the tumor? are there metastasis? if yes where and what is the size of the tumors?
- when was diagnosed and what are the treatments used so far and currently (intravenous and oral, conventional and alternative)?
- what is the oncologist suggesting as next steps in terms of treatment?
- what are your plans regarding that?

The best source for 2DG is a pharmacy in Germany that is preparing 2DG for metronomic (intravenous) administration. That is because the metronomic 2DG is given via the intravenous route.

You will need to have a prescription from your doctor. It should be very cheap for an onco treatment. I think it was about 30 euro for 1g 2DG in intravenous solution, and 50 for 3g. T
If you have an oncologist that is willing to help please let me know and I can help with getting him in contact with the academic team in US who can share (for free) the info available on the implementation of metronomic 2DG.
Next to that I can help you with ideas about other drugs that may help increase the effectiveness of this approach.
