@johan
Dear Daniel and Johan
Thank you for your replies, i odered salvia a fisetin to add to my regimen. i have done the pet scan and bloodwork the last friday and i´m waiting for the results to confirm if i continue in NED.
I eat beans chickpeas,... but i added a little bit creatinine, colostrum and collagen supplements to my daily intake and i feel much more stronger. I take them in small quantities because i don´t like the idea to take a lot of glutamine with a lymphoma, but i think my healthy cells are happy with the addition. Do you think it´s safe to take them routenely?
Can i ask you what do you think about continuing to take chloroquine to inhibit de autophagy when you are NED. I do intermitent fasting daily and i have no more chemo so i wonder if it´s a drug that helps in NED conditions.
Another question is if you think that it´s a good idea to the r alpha lipoic acid daily
In other to mantain the inflammation low, do you miss any supplement with this target? i take daily:
Flarin drug
Curcumin c3 complex
Olive leaf extract
Quercetin
Omega 3
Ginger capsules
Would you add boswellia or another good suggestion?
I continue taking another things as honokinol, metformin, berberin, 40 mg atorvastatin, watercress, broccoli sprouts, mebendazole/niclosamide, andrographis, cinnamon, garlic, biopirerine, green tea extact, ashwagandha
warm regards,
I appreciate your thoughts 🙂
Inaki
Hi Iñaki,
I believe Boswellia could be a very good addition to your supplement plan, it's an excellent combination with with curcumin.
I hope the results of the scan will bring good news!
Best
Johan
Dear Daniel,
I have the Pet results and there are a few lymph nodes in my armpit that are less than 1 cm but they have a SUV intake of 5,1, so they are concerned that could be still the lymphoma. It´s so localiced than they want to use radiotherapy and i´d like to know what do you think what can i do to maximize the therapy :
I´m thinking to add more mithocondrial inhibitors :
I´m thinking to take
1500 mg daily of metformin
1000 mg of berberine
200 mg of doxyciline . Can be taken this while you are in the radiotherapy days ...? Or is better to stop because of the gut health?
Honokiol 3 gr daily
Add for the first time Papaverine . Do you like it? Do you have info about how much to take daily and possible problems to add it to the regimen?
200 mg Mebendazole
2gr of niclosamide
Is interesting the following inhibitors?
Atovaquone??
Fenobritate??
I´ll add again 5 gr daily of artemisin dried leaves. Do you agree to take it during radio and the other inhibitors?
Another drugs/supplement
Flarin 800 mg plus low dose of aspirin
Omeprazol/lansoprazol
Basentatbs
Cimetidine 800 mg
Curcumin c3 complex during radio?
Fish oil omega 3
Quercetin
Organic sulphur
Atorvastatin 80 mg daily
Would be useful too add for the first time dipyramole?
Niacin
Saukemart juice
reishi and Colirous
Propolis
I´m going to start to do infrared sauna 3-5 days daily too
Please give your opinion about this protocol and if you do something different 🙂
Warm regards
Inaki
Hi Inabari,
Could you please let me know what you take now and what you are considering to change (add)? Just so that is a little more clear.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Sure Daniel,
These last months i have been doing:
Ozone rectal insuflattions
Metformin 500 x 2
Berberine 5o0 x 2
1 month doxy stop and restart
100 x 2 memendazole
40 mg atorvastatin
4 g of curcumin c3 complex
quercetin 3 gr
Fish oil
Honokiol 2 gr
Intermeting fasting
Eggc+ursolic acid+resveratrol
cinnamon
garlic extract
Flarin 200 x 2 mg
Niacin 500 x 2
Some cannanbis oil
Saukerkat
Lateley Reishi
Propolis
Watercress
not yet Coriolus
My plann was to add the boswellia, organic sulphur, reduce flarin t00 and add aspirin 100 mg ... But now i´d like to maximize the radiation and i´m aware that i should add thing as cimetidne, basentabs, lansoprazol again, maybe dipyramole, and i suppose another drugs or supplements could be interesting ... 2 DG,niclosamide,...
?
I´m sorry for my confusing last email
Thank you
Hi Inabari,
Thank you. I understand.
Regarding what you use now, I would not use Niacin constantly but only during radio or chemo (some days before and after).
Regarding the additions, in my view, the most important for radiotherapy is to focus on
- supporting the pro-oxidant action
- supporting the oxygenation
- acidifying the cancer cells
- supporting the immune system
- and anti inflammation drugs/supplements
The above are in the order of priority in my opinion when doing radiation.
I am currently working on the pro-oxidant strategy, but overall for that it can make sense to use a combo of the following:
1. DHEA
2. Auranofin and/or Sulfasalazine - I would use both if possible during and after radio for some days
3. Canagliflozin or Retonavir
4. Apigenin
5. Sulforaphane
6. Artemisinin and/or Artemisia Annua
Of the above, the first two points are the most important.
To support oxygenation, you are already using Niacin. Next to that, I would use mitochondria inhibitors such as Metformin and Atorvaquone and Berberine.
To acidify the cancer cells, some of those you are using now may help, such as Quercetin in high dose. Others such as Acetozolamide for example may help even more but I can imagine that you cannot add now too many drugs (you are already using a lot).
Supporting the immune system: mushrooms, saurekraut, basentabs.
2DG metronomic would make very much sense after radiotherapy if you can find a place where to do it. This will act as anti-inflammation too. Against inflammation, Aspirin and Oile Leaf Extract, as well as Curcumin may help.
However, I would stop most plant extracts, 1-3 days before radio and restart after ~3 days. I would keep Omega 3 and mushrooms on next to the repurposed drugs.
High dose Vitamin C after or intravenous Artemisinin may help after too if available.
Kind regards,
Daniel

Good night Daniel,
Thank you for your Suggestions, can you please confirm me if you would take too the following drugs during radio ? You could ad yes or no for example
Atorvastatin?
Dipyramole
Mebendazole
Cimetidine
Flarin
Curcumin
Green tea
Lansoprazol
Honokiol
For 2dg and artemisin I should travel or find a solution already prepared an find a nurse o doctor that want help me.
A big hug
Inaki
Hi Inaki,
For Atorvastatin, Dipyridamole, Mebendazole, I have no specific opinion in relation to radio.
Cimetidine would make sense to use during radio days due to Treg inhibition by Cimetidine.
Flarin could make sense to stay due to anti inflammation activity.
Curcumin great anti inflammation but I would stop it a few days before and after radio.
Same with Green Tea Extract.
Lansoprazole will help acidification so I would keep it.
Honokiol a great one but like Curcumin, I would stop a few days before and a few days after radio.
I would also use HydroxyChloroquine during radio.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Good nigh Daniel,
Today i have spent time reviews yesterdays suggestions and i´d appreciate your thoughts about the following questions:
1. I know that you think tha diet is important, do you personally think that could be good or bad idea to dring juiced carrots and green during the afternoon? I´m thinking to take them with some fiber to slow down the sugar pike, but as i know that lymphoma likes sugar... Could be a fuel for it? It´s truth that i take chromium, berberine, cinnamon , metformin but ....
2. As oral quercetin (6g daily) is considered antioxidant, do you still think it´s a good addition during the Radiotherapy?
3.Is safe to drink green tea during the radio as is not a extract? I suppose to take dried watercress is a good think, or not?
4. Would you take apigenin supplement during radio+juicing celery and parsley?
5. When you wrote about artemisin, were you thinking after finising all the sessions?
6- Canagliflozin is like metfomin, would this substitute metformin or coul be combine both?
7- Do you know any clinic in Europe where i coul find IV 2DG, IV C, IV curcumin and IV artemisin?
8- Is good enough itermeting fasting in radio treatments or should be longer in your opinion?
I think i have no choices in Spain, so i´m considering to travel after the treatments ...
I appreciate your kindly replies
Warm regards
Inaki
Good afternoon @daniel,
I spent the morning trying to find auronafin and unfortunately is not available in Spain. So I need to import from outside.
What do you think about these sources? https://www.abcam.com/auranofin-inhibits-both-leukocyte-activation-pathways-ab141509.html
https://www.sigmaaldrich.com/catalog/product/sigma/a6733?lang=es®ion=ES
Would you think if they are OK? As I don't know the desirable daily dosage I think I would buy at least 50 gr, and possibly more...
If you have another suggestion I'd appreciate it W
hat I think it's nearly impossible is to find is ritonavir in Spain so I should try to import it too.
Thank you for your time and help.
Thank you

Hi Inaki,
1. Difficult to say here, because I like these juices too. Finally it depends on the chosen strategy:
- if you specifically want to push for a for a pro-oxidant strategy, during that time I would just not take them, at least not in a high dose
- the juices could go well with the cell acidifying strategy, or with an anti-oxidant strategy where NAC, ALA, etc. will also be used
2. I would use Quercetin because I do not see it as a strong anti-oxidant but it has strong anti-cancer properties including MCT1 and MCT4 inhibition. However, I would take it some days latter. Maybe 6g its a little to much, and you will need to check if you can deal with that
3. I do not see an issue with drinking green tea
4. Yes
5. Artemisinin I would take it continuously during radio and if possible combined with the who plant (artemisia annua tea or capsules)
6. Both could be combined but you need to look if there are side effects - so I would increase the dose step by step
7. Yes, I will communicate that in private so that is not seen as an advertisement
8. I do not have an opinion on that ... but for radio it should help
Check for choices in Spain with Manuel and Marcos. They know more about the options there.
Kind regards,
Daniel

Hi Inaki,
I would not buy Auranofin from chemical suppliers. It's a drug so you should be able to find it as a drug in your country too!
I don't know if you can trust this online pharmacy but here is an example https://www.pharmacygeoff.md/Ridaura_Auranofin_3mg_60_Tablets_p_1719.html
I used to buy some of my drugs from a similar online company that has a ".md" website.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Hi Daniel,
I have just spent many hours and unfortunalety Auranofin is a drug that was used in spain some time ago and like many other countries is not really available. I have to tried to buy from your link but it´s a usa store that not ships to spain as many another countries ...
I have only find them online in a couple of webs that are in asia and they have the generic pill, but as always i don´t know if we can find them reliable ...
Can i ask you a couple of questions, please?
As i read in your artemisin thread, and in another cancer groups, it´s said that is not a good mix to take it with radio because iron is spread around the other cells. So i suppose that maybe it´s more a legend or despite this it deserves to take it because of another benefits ... What do you think about this?
Would you add sodium buytrate to all this protocol with radio?
Finally, as i take 150 mcg ot Thyroid medication i´m thinking to try to change levo for t3 talking with my endrocrine. Do you think that could be a good impact on the lymphoma?
Warm regards
Thank you, once again
Inaki
HI Inaki,
Yes, I understand it's always a matter of trust when ordering from Asia ... but that is one of the few ways we can get some of the drugs. For common drugs, I still think that is a better way vs. ordering from chemical suppliers.
About Artemisinin that is a good question. Theoretically, the discussions on the forum could be true, and you could argue the same about Vitamin C and B17.
To answer the question on Sodium Butyrate I would need to look back at the major mechanisms. I remember it was a HDAC inhibitor. Why would you use it here?
Great idea to consider changing T4 to T3 due to teh reason discussed here https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/induced-hypothiroidism-hypothyroxinemia/
Kind regards,
Daniel
Good weekend :).
1- The Sodium Butyrate is because i read it in your artemisin post as "It´s bealived that SB can enhance the effectiveness of Artemisin compounds". So maybe it´s a recommendation that it´s not so important to add 🙂
I have ordered Nutricology artemimisin 100 mg and i´m going to order tomorro from your hungary link the capsules and tea. Do you add the oil too?
Finally, do you like the protocol that says to use for 3 days and rest 4 ? I´ll take 500 mg artemisin on empty stomach two times, and after eating foods the capsules or tea ... Or could be a better protocol?
2- I have already buy the canagliflozin , what dosage could be interesting daily to try to achieve if there is no side effects? And if you take this, would take more than 500 mg of Metformin and 500 mg of berberine?
3- I take 200 of hidroxicloroquine in the morning, would be possible to take 250 mg-100 mg of atorvaquone too in the evening night?
4- I have already started taking lansoparazol 30 mg daily, when i start the radio, can be upped to 60 gm daily during the therapy?
5- I have bout Celecoxib 200 mg, would be the best Cox inhibitor instead of flarin ? What dosage is good to radio addition?
6-When you have time please send the clinic that i could travel.
7- @marcosbomber901 Please i´d like to contact you , i´m from Spain and i would like to chat with you . If you prefer my email is [email protected]
Warm regards to both.
Have a really good weekend.
a Big hug
Inaki
Hi Daniel I find very interesting the prooxidant therapy for radiotherapy and chemotherapy, would you mind sending me the study on DHEA and radiotherapy, for hormone positive cancers DHEA is not advisable, the option is 7-KETO_DHEA but I don't know if it fulfills the same function ?
Sorry Inabari I'll be happy to have a conversation with you but I'm on a trip right now
HI Marcos,
Can you please let me know what exactly you would need? Are you planning radio and need to support that with a suitable strategy?
Kind regards,
Daniel
Hi Marcos,
Thank you, i´d like to ask you if at least is possible to know if there is in Spain or close any Doctor that uses repurpused drugs and therapies as IV C... And when you are back to spain i´d like to ask you a little more things 🙂
Good Afternoon Daniel,
I suppose you are very busy but i´d like to update my current situation.
Yesterday i had the appointment with the Radiologist and we discuss about radiothepy. She told me that she thinks the treatment would be 40 gy that is quite high and she addmited that part of lung would be affected so we are going to delay the decission. I want to try to convice them to use nivolumab+raditherapy but much weaker to enhance the possible effectiveness
And i´ll consider to travel to Clinic that uses 2DG , IV C, IV artemisin , and if it´s possible to tell me the name of the clinic i´d appreacite. Can you please send me their contact?
While i try to consider this i have started to modify my protocol because i´m trying the shutdown thread approach.
So I´m on
Canaglig 100 x 2
Metformin 500 x 2
Berberine 500 mg
Hydroxycloriquine 250 mg
Quercetin 2 -3 gr
sulphorogane : Broccoli sprouts+ supplements
Omega 3 : 5 gr
Eggc: Green tea+ 2,1 mg aprox
Dypiramole 100 x 2
Atorvastatin 40 x 2
Atovaquone 250 x 1 for the moment
Flarin 200 x 2. Would you change this for diclofenac or Syrosingopine 2 mg( i´ll check my pottasium levels)?
As for the moment i´m not on chemo or radio i´d ask about amiloride
I have HCA at home. would be interesting to take it? I take curcumin, milk thistle, coffee enemas, olive leaf, ldn and low dose aspirin.
Can be use Artemisin protocol with all this as Cancer killer?
If i can´t travel to a doctor clinic i´ll buy fron NL the IV c to do at home with a nurse that i have found.
So, if it´s possible to know if you think this a a good approach while i see how it goes with the hospital decision or travel to the "alternative clinic that i´m looking for".
Warm regards
looking for hearing from you soon
Inaki
I'm afraid the radio will be needed with cyberknife to cut the extension to another vertebra before it progresses. I have a protocol prepared based on some of your publications and articles that I have consulted and some clinical trial that is going to start with sulfasalazine plus stereotactic radiotherapy.
I have the protocol as a brainstorm but it's in Spanish, I was going to publish it but I have to translate it. I can send it to you in the mail.?
Daniel I'm not sure if I should put quantities or dosage here, I've put it but I've sent it to you too, to your mail
I have apigenin but I think it has been stored too long, I don't know if to use it, as for artemisinin I don't have quality extract
Good afternoon,
First of all thank for sharing the possible radiotherapy protocol, While we wait for Daniel replying i´d like to ask you about the following doubs:
1. About lansoprazol Would be taken so big dosage some days before starting the possible radio and all the treatment days ? For example 20 sessions .... I currently take 30 mg , so 600 would be a 20 pills ...
2- can be bought out of the hospitals G-CSF ? I took it in the hospital long time ago, but i have no reference to get it out for hematologist presciption ...
3- can be made 2 dg metronic in Spain ? As i wrote in the past posts i don´t really now any doctor that uses correctly IV C, 2 DG, miestloe o that type of interesting approachs
4. Ultimately i have read that there is a a liposomal form of artemisin that would be better than nutricology artemisin and you could add the dried herb and tea. https://www.healthydrops.net/product/liposomal-artemisinin-annua . not sure if it´s so good as it´s read and if we can get it in Europe ...
5. Can i ask you which apagienin product could be found ? Swanson extract?
Next week i have a new appointment with another drug to explore a different approach than only take radiation, maybe mix it with nivolumab to decrease the radiation power and reduce the side effects.
A big hug
Inaki
1 gram of dried parsley provides aprox. 130mg of apigenin.
This study might be of interest to you:
Synergistic Cytotoxicity of Artemisinin and Sodium Butyrate on Human Cancer Cells
Sorry, I meant 60mg of lansoprazole and I missed a zero. 2DG is possible if you have port a catch and a nurse who administers it only needs elastomeric infusion pumps. I had apigenin powder obtained from Denmark,
Dear Inaki,
I will send you now the contact details on the e-mail. HCA is always good in my view unless the patinet has challenges with the wight.
Kind regards,
Daniel
Hi Daniel I'm sorry to tell you that I'm in a bit of a hurry, the radiotherapy starts on Monday, I've made some adjustments, I've removed the liposomal amiloride on Salvador's advice and I've got artemisinin annua in capsules, I doubt a bit about its bioavailability but I don't have quick access to intravenous artemisin, the dose of lansoprazole is 60 mg not 600.
The idea is metronomical 2DG after every radiotherapy session.
I am also not clear if the doses of canaglyphocin should be restricted to only after each radiotherapy session and not before. I will start with hydroxychloroquine on the day of the first radiotherapy. In the clinical trial with sulfasalazine that started in January 2020 it is only taken 3 days before at high doses of 1,2-3-4,5 and 6 grams.I have chosen 3 gr.
As always thank you very much for your kindness.
I am seeing controversial studies regarding the administration of G-csf, in some studies I see that it can be angiogenic the radiotherapy regimen will be 5 series for 4 Gy each.
