Interestingly, it seems that when the autophagy is inhibited, cancer cells produce cytokines that attract NK cells  https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2017/11/171108124213.htm

D, take a look at the alpha-Galcer thread. How did a chemical in a marine sponge wind up being the exact chemical needed to agonize human NKT cells?  This looks like a very powerful approach against cancer.
