I was not able to find anything on the topic so any info would be appreciated.

Father has stage IV NSCLC Adeno and first round of chemo did not yield any results. He now has met to adrenal gland and one rib. We got result of PD-L1 testing and his TPS score is 15% but at the moment he is not well enough to receive imunotherapy. Is there off label drug that we could use to take advantage of his PD-L1 expression?

Thank you Johan, but if I understand this correctly EGFR+ is needed for this to work?

What we know so far is that father has EGFR and ALK negative tumor while PD-L1 is expressed.

I'll look into other articled regarding PD-L1 and NSCLC

My understanding is that even with low expression of egfr this could still lead to apoptosis via p53.
