Did anyone successfully overcome cachexia?

Dear Jenknee,
The most straightforward and sustainable way to successfully overcome that is to destroy the tumor. This is always experienced once the tumor activity is halted. Therefore, an effective cancer treatment will stop that.
Other ways to address that is by interfering with mechanisms that support cachexia. One such a mechanism has been addressed here https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/addressing-gluconeogenesis/
Kind regards,
Daniel
