Most people accept infinity when looking at the endless amount of stars on a clear night on a faraway beach. If you accept the infinity outside, why not realize the infinity inside. Accepting there is infinity behind the stars and objects you see in the sky, yet believing that what you currently can see within is the boundary of the physical, is just an illusion.
Note that I am not saying we shouldn't explore our inner mechanisms and such. But I ask you, did we get to land on the moon because of Apollo 11 and the rocket that launched it, or because JFK set a goal to go to the moon.
