Hello Everybody
I´m Asier from Spain and my mother has esophageal cancer stage IV ( squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), it was detected one year ago and operation is not possible. First treatment was Cisplatino 5 Flu iv and it worked well and we got partial remision but without chemo the disease appear again. We tried with nonatermia diet and suplements with the intent the disfagia improve but it wasnt work. The doctor decided to put a Stent to eat better and then new Chemo, Taxol weekly, and occurred the same as Cisplatino 5 Flu, worked well at the beginning but then disease growth again. Our oncologist told us that the disease is small but the following chemos are not as good as the two ones. She is going to find any clinical trial because she think it can be better than chemos. The problem is that our oncologist is fan of official therapys, the dont believe in off labal or holistic solutions.
Now we are with diet and Cannabis, we tried ALA but my mother not tolerated well.
So meantime I trying to maximize the next chemos, would you help with that please? There is a lot of information and its not easy to choose, Im not familiar with 3bp, 2dg... and Could you recomend us how can we start?
If you need any aditional data ask me please
thanks in advance and I send best wishes for all of you.
Asier
Try serrapeptase , curucumin paste if tumor is near the skin
artesunate or artemisinin, mistletoe injections
check also for HPV infections
Thanks a lot, I’ll research all what you told me.best regards
Hi Pipa
I think you need a quite aggressive treatment, you must use at least two intravenous treatments such as 2DG metronomico, curcumin IV and/or intravenous vitamin c IV.and a cocktail of drugs that increase the effectiveness of everything all .Combine oncotherm and low doses of chemotherapy or administered with the procedure IPT. Has your mother a genomic analysis of your tumor or knowledge of the mutations of your cancer?.
My English is not very good, but i guess you are spanish, send me a private and then put them in the forum the conclusions
Marcos! Marcos! You brought the love! I wasn't sure if we would ever see it through to daylight, but have brought us here!
How is the treatment going? Marcos, have you tried dual combo metronomic dosing? Perhaps MG + 2-DG, or MG + vitamin C? MG is a specific inhibitor of OXPHOS, 2-DG inhibits glycolysis, it is almost scary to think how powerful these dual metronomic metabolic combos could be. Love to hear what D thinks. We already have clinical evidence with oral MG with low dose oral vitamin C (+ creatine etc.) that this has treatment effect. I am waiting to see now what might happen if the treatment is intensified. Also interested in seeing nanoMG in action.
Hi Marcos
I dont know how can I can send a private mail. I sent you a private message in cancer integral if you dont mind i give you my email, [email protected] or my facebook asier.rodriguez.50 and we can talk in spanish.
Its not easy take decisions because my mother believe in traditional medicine and any step we make i have to think too much and then try to convince her.
Thanks a lot and we keep in touch
Hi Cancom.
Soon I will put the modified protocol that I believe will include intravenous methylglyoxal, next to 2DG metronomic, vitamin c IV, and curcumin IV.Respect to nanoformulation in chitosan, my sources consulted, they affirm that there is something inside of the patent of manufacture that is not specified, and therefore it is not guaranteed stability.
kind regards
Marcos, might you describe your current 2-DG dose rate and schedule? Are you thinking of perhaps adding metronomic vitamin C? I am not sure by your response whether you are considering adding in other metabolic treatments also on a metronomic basis.
With vitamin C there is already some clinical that metronomic is safe and perhaps effective. With MG the clinical evidence for metronomic is less established, though https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/?term=30170097 showed encouraging results.
I am very excited about what will happen when we start adding in these different combinations. Perhaps it would be best to start off with adding in monometronomic vitamin C and continue with monometronomic 2-DG. You might then try some of the amplifiers for vitamin C such as alpha lipoic acid etc. Then build up to perhaps dual metronomic vitamin C and 2-DG.
One idea that I picked up from a video https://www.cancertreatmentsresearch.com/a-new-approach-to-improve-effectiveness-of-cancer-therapies-is-getting-ready-to-begin-human-trials/#comment-7880
see lullaybman's November 14th post. At hte end of this video it was mentioned that an anti- cancer strategy had been developed drawing upon Chaos Theory. Surprisingly evidence was presented in support of this idea. The basic concept is that you want to present an ever changing therapeutic profile to cancer as cancer is itself constantly presenting an adapting profile. To incorporate this perspective in your own treatment strategy you might consider chaotizing your treatment plan. Instead of having all the treatments lined up nicely in straight rows and columns, you might try to change things up a bit. For example, you could change the number of days in a row that you treat with 2-DG and switch up with others such as vitamin C etc. Also you could change the combos that you use with them on the same day. Each dosing run could in some way be unique from all others.
I am not sure about the patent troubles with nanoMG. The journal article seem to present a highly typical chitosanization method and had only GRAS ingredients (chitosan and MG) in the final nanoparticles. NanoMg amplified the anti-cancer effect by a large amount (100 fold ?) and increased safety and also allowed for substantial down dosing. It almost seems too good not to investigate further. I am glad, though, that you have at least looked into it and after some consideration decided otherwise.
I am so glad that you gave Pipa notice about the metronomic approach. Pipa did not seem to be aware of the revolutionary idea of metronomic metabolic dosing that D has advanced. For all these years the usual list of cancer treatments have been tried and they have all only resulted in fairly modest gains. However, this new approach of metronomic metabolics seems to be having a large and somewhat lasting effect (though this is still in evolution as Marcos you are at the forefront of this change in thinking). This one change is occurring at the same time that we are seeing posters to the forum using this treatment schedule doing quite well. I hope that Pipa will be able to recognize and benefit from this innovative approach introduced by our forum.
hola Marcos
cuando tengas tiempo me dices oor que via podemos hablar.muchas gracias
