Could you please check these protocols? Would you add anything?
My mum had a surgery for colon cancer 3.5 years ago. She has been NED since. She had C19 in March (only sore throat, cough, diarrhea and then fatigue for a month) and her CEA moved from 2.5 to 3.5 in April to 4.9 in May. Doctors are not concerned though because it´s still under 5.2 range which is considered normal here.
Her X rays, ultrasound and CT were clear 6 months ago. Her weight is 58 kg (165cm).
Because of these CEA moves we decided to tighten her protocol.
So we go mostly Low GI diet, very little meat (mostly fish), vegetable juice (carrot, ginger), herbal teas (dandelion, nettle, chamomile) walking and exercise, lowering stress...

The best woudl be during the evenings, after e.g. 18:00 CET until 22:00 CET. Woudl Thursday or Friday be an option for you?
