Hello everyone,
Today I read about Arginine Blockers and would like to find out more about this topic.
"“When we use a drug to deplete arginine in the blood, the cancer cells panic because they’ve lost their fuel supply,” Van Tine said. “So they rewire themselves to try to survive. In this study, we used that rewiring to identify drugs that block the secondary routes.”"

DOES ANYONE KNOWS WHAT IS/ARE ARGININE BLOCKERS? Where can we obtain it to add our cocktail?

Thank you for your answer
Lovely

The author of this study is Brian Van Tine. I contacted him for a possible treatment few months ago, but patient couldn't get a chance to travel to US.

Concerned video on subject https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bDsV3ZC2bL0

Searching ADI-PEG20 (probably the drug you mentioned) stated in video reveals few clinical trials associated with it and Mr. Brian Van Tine coordinating at least one of them https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT03449901

His specialization is sarcoma, btw.

possibly this search may reveal actual paper(s) the original article was based on:

As asafsh said it is probably ADI-PEG20 https://www.cell.com/cell-reports/fulltext/S2211-1247(16)31799-5

The only way I know of to get access to this is via trials https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results?term=ADI-PEG20&Search=Apply&recrs=b&recrs=a&age_v=&gndr=&type=&rslt=

Thank you very much everyone. I understand that there is no easy access off label drugs or safe supplements to stop arginine intake of Cancer Cells. I made quick research about all the options you posted here, those are almost impossible to get or apply.

Thanks again

@seyhun

from polarispharma.com, they signed an agreement with MD Anderson for clinical study and pre-clinical tests. so, you may try to contact MD Anderson, though chances are very low.

btw, breast cancer related clinical trial was executed and completed in MD Anderson too:

https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01948843

MD must have efficacy data for the treatment, not sure if they are willing to share these with you. I couldn't find article on this clinical trial results.

p.s. Seems this company was established in 2006 and the only drug they produce/promote is ADI-PEG20 (Pegargiminase).

@asafsh

Thank you very much for your reply. I refuse to go for Clinical Trials, because I am working on it to kill it 100% in different ways. For example today is Chemo day for me Taxol+Carboplatin (5 left after this week) I started to do water fasting yesterday 2 pm for 3 full days.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, complete water fasting

Thursday, Friday, Saturday, do juice fasting

Sunday eat normal and Monday have Chemotherapy  Taxol+Immunotherapy again.

I am doing everything and anything to kill this unwanted cells in my body in my power. I need to achieve 100% Full Pathological Response which is the only aim that I have this spring. I am working on it.

Thanks again
