Funny coincidence, yesterday I just wrote this (Ref.) short post discussing the importance of inhibiting Extracellular vesicles (EVs) in melanoma, and today an article just arrived in my inbox discussing the relevance of Extracellular vesicles (EVs) in Glioblastoma and the fact that cannabidiol (CBD) is an inhibitor of that, supporting evidence for efficacy of cannabinoids to act as an adjunct to enhance temozolomide (TMZ) treatment efficacy in GBM.

Here is the article:

Cannabidiol Affects Extracellular Vesicle Release, miR21 andmiR126, and Reduces ProhibitinProtein in GlioblastomaMultiforme Cells  https://www.academia.edu/38055279/Cannabidiol_Affects_Extracellular_Vesicle_Release_miR21_and_miR126_and_Reduces_Prohibitin_Protein_in_Glioblastoma_Multiforme_Cells_1_2
